0165 (3)(g): School age/preschool classroom upstairs has blue railing dividing two spaces that has flaking and chipping paint. Several areas of the walls in each classroom have flaking paint. Ride on yellow/black car has peeling vinyl and exposed fabric that is no longer cleanable. 0165(4)(f): Outdoor staircase does not have a gate at top or bottom of stairs. 0165(4)(a): Air conditioning unit present inside school age classroom that is accessible to children. 0165(3)(a): Screw sticking out of wooden block in window where air conditioner unit attached to window.
